How much is important to accept others differences?
Every person in this world has their own attitude and personality. Sometimes, their attitude makes us love and sometimes hates each others. It’s not easy to accept other differences especially when it comes to our own principle of life.
But sometimes, don’t you think that differences made us last forever and make us good friend/lovers? I gave some examples;
i) Amira and I had a lot of differences. She dislikes pink so much and she hates Hello Kitty. But then I was crazy over pink and Hello Kitty. But we managed to be a good friend until now and every time we fight over the pink colour and hello kitty, we still can laughed and happy at the same time
ii) Me and my boyfriends are like one in the south, and one in the north. From our age, to our life principle, we are really different. And usually, because of the differences, we fought a lot. But then because of differences, we learned to understand each other and love more.
For me, don’t take the differences as a reason to hate each other or maybe to feel that we are not meant to be together. Don’t you think why Allah sends them near to us even though we are different for each other? There must be a “hikmah disebaliknya”. And it need time to know what it is.
Don’t give up on the differences. Accept is as one of your life challenge.
